Lisa Evans Walls joined ABODA in October 2005. Lisa brings 18 years of experience in the property management industry. Prior to joining ABODA, Lisa leased and managed a large portfolio of single family properties on the Eastside and Greater Seattle area. Lisa joined ABODA to help build and create the property management brokerage. Along with managing the brokerage she manages a portfolio of single family homes. Lisa is a current member of NARPM (National Association of Real Estate Property Managers) and RHA (Rental Housing Association).

Monica Grace joined ABODA in December 2015 and is an Accredited Residential Manager. Her career started with Navy Housing PPV where she built a foundation on ethics, commitment, structure and organization as an independent Real Estate Broker. Monica understands the role of a single family PM providing business services to home owners and investors. Monica earned her ARM with IREM and studied at North Seattle Community College where she received her property management and real estate certification.
