Primary Responsibilities
- Preparing ABODA Corporate Housing units for guests arrival.
- Preparing, picking and delivering furniture and housewares for new Corporate Housing units and ABODA Furnishings rental clients
- Making minor repairs as necessary to meet quality standards
- Returning furniture to the warehouse, prep and storage of furniture, clean and repacking housewares
- Operation of a 24’ truck
- Complete daily work orders for activities
- Communicate with dispatch about daily activity
Additional Responsibilities
- Communicating maintenance needs for company vehicles.
Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications
- The successful applicant must be highly detailed and have strict attention to detail; particularly with regard to condition of delivered furnishings.
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly for 8 hours.
- S/he must have the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, but have the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision at times.
- Obtain a valid driver's license
- Have a clean driving record and background
