Primary Responsibilities

  • Preparing ABODA Corporate Housing units for guests arrival.
  • Preparing, picking and delivering furniture and housewares for new Corporate Housing units and ABODA Furnishings rental clients
  • Making minor repairs as necessary to meet quality standards
  • Returning furniture to the warehouse, prep and storage of furniture, clean and repacking housewares
  • Operation of a 24’ truck
  • Complete daily work orders for activities
  • Communicate with dispatch about daily activity

Additional Responsibilities

  • Communicating maintenance needs for company vehicles.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications

  • The successful applicant must be highly detailed and have strict attention to detail; particularly with regard to condition of delivered furnishings.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs repeatedly for 8 hours.
  • S/he must have the ability to work cooperatively in a team setting, but have the ability to perform tasks independently with minimal supervision at times.
  • Obtain a valid driver's license
  • Have a clean driving record and background
